If you just got on XP..you can't have that much information on it. Just back up the info and reinstall windows/set a new partition.

My opinion is that I have no opinions on the issues. If that isn't considered moderate, then I'm not a moderate. I am just neither republican nor democratic. I'm not sure if I understand. Whatever squad you're in, you should be training in that home zone. All settings are different in each zone so there is no specific "Continuum Training Arenas." You will need to talk to your squad to find out which "arena" is a good training arena. Noone here can really help you.
