Actually, Esc + C should edit the arenaname.set of the arena you are in, which will also edit the arenaname.cfg. Just make sure you are in the subarena you wish to edit when using Esc + C. To change the map.lvl file, you must either use ?setlevel arenaname.lvl (if you are arena owner) or *putfile arenaname.lvl (if you are sysop). The lvl file should be in your Continuum directory and be named arenaname.lvl, where arenaname is the name of the subarena you wish to upload the map to.

If you mean multiple publics, that is only possible if you are using the ASSS server. Since you are using the subgame server, you can only have 1 type of public arena (all public arenas will have identical settings). Additional public arenas are made automatically once the maximum player limit for that arena has been reached. If you mean multiple subarenas, they can be made by just editing the arenaname.cfg, where arenaname is the name of the arena you wish to create. Or, simply, you can hit ?go arenaname and press Esc + C (if you're sysop or arena owner) and edit the arena's settings from there. Be aware that all subarenas (arenas outside of public arenas) adopt the settings of the public arenas unless they are edited otherwise.

Is that the default L3 bullet sound? If so, your L3 bullet sound file may be corrupt. You can locate this file (gun3.wa2) in the /sound folder of your Continuum directory. Try looping it in Windows Media Player to see if the sound is similar to the sound in-game. If so, you may want to either reinstall Continuum or obtain a fresh gun3.wa2 file.

Didn't Confess stop hosting altogether? Bottom line is, Static, first try and maintain a stable population on your own biller or on someone else's. Server hosts like BlueT as Hakaku mentioned will host your zone and even provide you with their billing server. Although it may be somewhat impossible to maintain a 20-30 population in a non-SSC zone these days due to the lower Continuum population, most hosts look for promising zones that show potential and would attract additional population once connected to the SSC biller.

JDS, what you say is true for regular users, but for the case of yourself, X`terr, and rootbear, it gets a little more strict considering you guys don't know how to post constructively. I should have made my post more specific to you three but I made it general so hopefully there wouldn't be too much profanity in these forums. Anyway, if you feel you must bash root and others from time-to-time on these forums probably because you have no one else to talk to in your life, go ahead. Another moderator can take this case.
