Well this thread will probably never end, so I may as well say: I hope you don't really mean "makelevel.exe" as it is antiquated. Download the latest lvztoolkit.zip and use "BuildLevel.exe". (Yes, it's been updated recently - so just do it, you punk!@#$%^&*)
