It's just a question of what you want to do. Personally, I would make something that anybody could customize and run themselves. Something that could be 3D, Infantry-style or just plain SubSpace. That way you'd draw a big population.

I think it's a good idea. It truly needs to be more than it is already, though - from the start. CNL has a 3D environment that can also be 2D top-down, I think. It'd be choice if it could be either. The top-down would of course have to be like SubSpace in that there is only one plane. For _serious_ showing off, it could also allow for an Infantry-style view. That'd be uber. Hrmmm. I suppose just the SubSpace top-down and Infantry angled style would be enough. 3D would just be nice, though. Should make sure there'll never be problems with using "SubSpace", even with the prefix "open". For a more than just top-down client, though, I'd suggest a more broad name.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if either happened. Well, the idea is that they made the best decision for what they wanted. But it's no difficult task to see that the centers of intelligent thought in our nation generally do not vote Republican (except in obvious cases when the Democratic candidate is a psycho). Most people are stupid, and they shouldn't get to vote, but they shouldn't get a lot of other stuff, either. If people had to take some form of intelligence test before voting, the Republican Party would never win another election (again !@#$%^&*uming the other candidates aren't psycho [or of course if their candidate is a golden child]). Bush is a joke.
