I'd have to think on this for a bit, but you could try restarting your computer, then re-install continuum. If that doesn't help, I'll try and see another way. Because when I installed my video card from another I didn't get that problem :/

Run for viruses in continuum folder, or check if its missing anything in it. Or try what Testtube said If it says library menures.dll is failed to load, that means that its installed incorrectly and is missing something in continuum folder. I suggest look through it, or even delete your continuum folder completely and re-create the whole thing.
