I'm guessing he isn't big on politics. Bush is trying to do it that way he can start imperialism back up. Look back 100 years to the turn of the century, it's EXACTLY like it was then. Bush is putting monopolists into the government, well not really bush, Cheney really. The draft would just be the first thing bush would do to drive this country into the hole.
