in australia... here's the school plan... bascially this is from prep all the way up to yr 12..d unno if its the slightest bit the same compared to US people... school year starts bout end of january, term one, tis called. goes for about 10 weeks till about end of march/start of april, then we have a 2 week break. goes like that till term 4 finishes... depends on what year you're in when you finish. usually finishes round 20 december for each year, bout start of december for the later years, who just finished their VCE, you know, major exams and stuff. then we have a break till next year... -.- after yr12 its off to university, no "colleges" here. BTW, our summer is December to February (all the way to the end, if you don't know...) and we're currently in winter and it sucks, it rarely rains and it'll never snow here. Ever.
