well its cause in DC, where no one is allowed to have a gun, its a lot higher than the surrounding areas, where gun laws are slightly less strict

i have a question where did you get this information? because: Most criminals get their guns illegally anyway what would stricter gun laws do? They would mainly prevent innocent people from getting a gun. Cho is the rare exception. Here's my solution: What if EVERYONE had a gun? Criminals wouldn't shoot you cause they wouldn't know if you could draw your gun faster than them.

because in places such as businesses they want all their computers to have the same browsing capabilities. same with school. all computers must be updated or none must be updated (schools might do it at the end of the year, i wouldnt know) people at home, and on their personl computers just dont care. until they start having problems, it wont matter. its a hassle sometimes to download updates.
