I have an interesting question. I am considering changing jobs, and the one i would be changing to is the $7.25/hr with the possibility of makibng $12-15/hr on commission. Tho one thing also need to consider. I have 2 years on the $11/hr job, so there is the seniority to consider. Lemme know what you think. Choose: $7.25/hr pay, making $12-15/hr (potentially) on commission. $11/hr static pay. No more, no less.
