Whenever I click on play to go into a zone, it stops responding for about a minute or 2 before finally going into the zone. any ideas?

when you install it and come up to the error window, hit "CTRL + ALT + PRNT SCRN" then go to MS PAINT Hit CTRL + V then save it as a .jpg file then make a new post then go to the attachment area, click browse browse for that picture file click "Open" Click "Upload" Then click Add Reply
