thats what I'm thinking. If CompUSA sells something and tell the customer clearly, "ALL SALES FINAL," then the customer is just out of luck. Because they released themselves of all liability upon selling the camera. As i see it in regaurds to the the clearance being "ALL SALES FINAL," he bought a camera which wasnt given to him, he didnt buy the box. I could see a point if the camera was defective, but to not even have a camera in the box? that doesnt make sense. He paid the $200-300 for a CAMERA, not a CAMERA BOX

Make quantum 170k, and tacnuke 15 exp. That way anyone stupid enough to buy tacnuke couldnt use the superreactor known as quantum!!! muahahah problems solved. Also remove pulse laser for single barreled ships, its too overpowered.

leave all those guns/bombs if you want, but PLEASE get rid of "PULSE LASER" That l2 piece of crap with its decent firing rate, good speed, AND bouncing bullets is just overwhelming. Probaly 60% of my deaths in HS is due to this "pulse laser" weapon. please get rid of it.

Thoughts and opinions on guitar hero? I recently bought it after playing my friends, if you have the guitar setup, its pretty !@#$%^&* addicting -_- Guitar Hero 3 is coming out for PS2, Wii, PS3/360 near the end of the year. The game will have a ONLINE multiplayer option and is now being developed by different companies. Harmonix is now owned by MTV and redoctane was bought by Activision for $99.9 Million last month. It is reported that redoctane will be working with neversoft. Im currently 1/3rd through the game on hard, after beating it on medium and skipping easy FYI. Im still having trouble with long hammerons

i think fields should cost $1 and should be buyable anywhere. also each field should last 25 minutes, and thousands of them can overlap in the same exact spot. Just as well, for $2, you can buy omega fields which cover the entire map and do 800 dmg per second.

Well since we all (or most) know that hamm is banned, and evades with other alias's, then posts on forums til he gets caught, i was wondering what alias is hamm playing on now? sorry cdrom if you are not hamm (which in case you have nothing to worry about), but you seem to fit the bill. So i took the time out to use a different alias and start from scratch. While i did not do great, i could easily manage to go 1.5+:1 in center with a basic warbird (using the 5k alloted to you from the beginning). I really cant support your stance if you just seem to lack the ability to get a fuzzy kill.

Whether or not it really was you who cheated, the way you went about it was horrible. Instead of PRIVATELY contacting staff through forums or in-game PM's about the topic, you proceed to make 1600 trash threads about the issue. Everyone has seen your garbage, and it appears that no one gives a !@#$%^&*. If you do not possess the ability to to make a rational post without flaming everyone who at first tried to HELP you, then you should be banned. Your at!@#$%^&*ude alone should warrant your punishment. Keep up the goodwork HS staff. IMO the idea is ok, but brings up alot of issues. Someone would definately have to write a thorough guide for this and it be available in the zone for any new players coming in. Already the zone is confusing enough for stray players who end up in HS and have no one to help them out with anything. Also, the item stock idea brings about the issue of people being able to sit in stores all day and buy stuff to not let other players have it, especially one time use items. I could easily am!@#$%^&* bricks and fields in an effort to not allow other players the opportunity of usage. This effect is multiplied 10x if these store items are tradable, because EVERYTHING goes up for store whoring FTW. I can sit in a store for 20 minutes waiting for a tacnuke to restock, buy it as soon as it restocks, then sell it to someone else who doesnt want to wait for it to restock, at a higher price. A group of people can buy all the items in stock and sell for high prices as well. Say there are only 3 plasma cannons available in the store at a time, frequency X, with 8 players, buys all the plasma cannons and the rest of them as they restock in an effort to force other players to buy at a higher price. This will give players the ability to am!@#$%^&* cash without EVER playing. And if stores sold all the buyable items and players had no other ways of getting those items except through the store, what good would the ability to trade items/money do? This would allow people to sell or trade their items at no cost, or maybe even allow them to earn a profit on the item. This would allow me to trade my antideath for, lets say 200k, and give me an extra 199,999 over selling antideath through the store system. I know there will be alot of comments mentioning restrictions on what items could be traded and blah blah blah, but im just saying. Its an ok idea, but needs ALOT of work, time, and development, which as we ALL KNOW HS staff/dev lacks Choosey Profiley

the $1 selling price is FIRM and brain has said many times it will not be increased. As for the 1 minute recharge, theres nothing wrong with that. It helps to lesson the unbalance of the item against another team.
