You cant use TW from inside of a base, just try it. "You cannot open a conduit from your current location. Try moving into an open space." So maybe your teams just need to keep on antiwarp all the time

Man, all you people do is complain. Its like as soon as one ship is nerfed, lets go right after the next because no one wants to use the previously nerfed ship anymore. I guess eventually you all will complain about every ship to be nerfed until the only untouched ship left is jav, then its uber falcon missiles and speed will be way too strong for any other ship to handle. Of course you dont think this way about jav right now, because youre not done getting all the other ships nerfed.

S!@#$%^&*, what do you mean by "put together updated map for HSFL using player base submissions." ? Me, Got Bounty?, and Sention have been working on and building HSFL for some time, and GB alone has been putting the map together and it is just about completed (althought in need of retiling).

although im not too fond of rockets being removed (for personal reasons), i think its the right step towards balance IMO. Levi has a valid point about AD on levi's tho. Many players spent a hard earned quarter mil in order to build a great little rushing ship, and the removal of rockets kill that. AD on a levi is completely pointless (note that i personally do not have AD on levi, just my observation on the topic). I think AD should be refunded by at least 1/2 or 2/3rds of the original buy price, because at the time of purchase, players could not have been aware that in X number of days their item would be empathetically useless. On another note, what is us with items being removed (such as rockets on levi's, and HE for weasals) without a refund? forgive me if i just didnt notice, but when these items were removed for certain ships, i did not notice a refund for them. If this is true it is a very naive action, which may force poor(er) players to stick to more general items that are well established, instead of trying out newer items which may be changed or even take away in the future. Of course, if there was a refund which i didnt recognize, ignore this cus im stoopid. Cliff notes: Levi shouldnt have had rockets in the first place, AD now should be refunded a greater % of the buy price accordingly. blah blah blah

because bricks cannot be changed for the better. a few of the proposed ideas (out of countless pointless posts) may have strong points, but also have big drawbacks. Leave bricks the way they are, in place for emergencies only. What exact is everyone's problem with them? That they arent spammed ENOUGH?

Every other player in the zone can do the exact same !@#$%^&* thing, so by this logic alone, swearing shouldnt be illegal, because everyone can just ?ignore bad peoples who say bad wurds.

Ok, well I still have the a dozen screenshots of rc 1223 spamming and cursing at me which im more than willing to send to you, and Im sure Ill have more soon, because every time he is on the same time I am, he does it. BTW this is just rc spamming swears at me, none of these cases being a mutual conversation between me and him. I asked bomook about the spam swearing in pms, and he said he would ask d1s/doc, and came back a few days later and told me he was told its legal or nothing could/would be done about it.

The rule is fine, blah blah blah, i know brain isnt going to change it. But i just dont see what the point is of said rule when it apparently is fine for me to spam swears to every person in pub, as long as its in PM's. You can't argue its uneffectively policed, because screenshots offer proof of offenders. Sure, screenshots can be edited, but what % of the HS population is smart enough (and/or stupid enough to bother) to do such a thing. And if I am wrong about the rule regaurding being able to spam swears in PMs (which i've been told by regular mods is legal), then I will be more than happy to show my 3 dozen screen shots of RC 1223 swear spamming me, several of which have been sent to bomook when i originally tried to find out if this was legal, and I was eventually told it was indeed legal after bomook talked to higher ups. I can understand swears being allowed in freq chats, because if youre willing to team up with them, then you in turn should be willing to listen to there swears. If team player does it and it is not liked, switch teams. Just as well it can be argued that when it comes to swearing in PM's, the person being sweared AT can just ignore the offender, but I believe the same idea can be very easily applied to pub chat. If I swear in pub chat, ignore me and you'll never hear me again. If a player is smart enough to download SS, player is smart enough to use the ?ignore command. Eh

effective in pissing them off, but not doing boku's of damage. sure, when i get emped i want to rape those who are emping, but emps & wzls are not any more overpowered than any other ship. wzl's are actually pretty easy to kill, and since they lack a great energy resevoir, alot of speed, or high bullet speed, emping you so you cant keep spraying is really their only good defense.
