yes. I dont see how a game forum coincides with 2pac and religion... Although, Leviticus and Leviathan are pretty close...but other than that i see nothing. The levi in jokerbeta is basically a product of something that other zones have done with it, which they made it either decently fast or really fast, but that seems rather out of wack for a ship designed for turrets and heavy artillery, frankly its like shooting a feather now it has no power, and they way you have all the trash in the middle when i turn on the rocket it just flies into all the crap. The current levi in pub is about as best as it can be imo. Ive never actually seen you play the ship but if its something that is apparently easy to you i would like to see it.

No thanks to the levi in jokermap. tried it. sucks. And im not sure of your meaning of the word newb, in the sense that i never played the old map and old sets, that would be true. Unless if it was intended to suggest that i somehow play at an inferior level than you then your dead wrong. From what ive seen of the other zones there isnt much there to offer, none of them have attracted me for more than 5 minutes of play time.

Going back to my post i simply meant that you cant just change things in one fail swoop and that people for the most part dont like to have things sprung upon them. Its like wanting that hot shower but you are surprised when all the hot water is gone. My ship is fine now and i find the other leviathan drivers will find its suitable, i commend vile for making the change back. In regards to reading literature, we read left to right. You left out the vital meat of that statement. Unless you read vertically then i dont see what the fallacy is with that statement. My only problem is now is with the north to south bases and i seriously doubt the players in the early days came just to admire the north and south bases, hence there was the change to east to west. I had to ask Vile why the changes were made and he explained and i somewhat understood and i wish that what he said would be explained to pub in general beforehand to ease tensions and hostilities.

Changing the ship sets and our hidey holes is like somebody coming in and taking away your favorite chair and replacing it with metal spikes and instead of the playoffs on tv, you get Martha Stewart teaching you how to cook a french dish. Which for some of you you might actually like that, wouldnt surprise me. It takes a brutally painstaking long time for a person to get comfortable with this game. Ive seen new people come in, i believe the term is newbs and they leave in 10 minutes because they keep getting their !@#$%^&* wooped. but for the few that stick it out and find their ship they become comfortable with it. When i play different ships, i admit im not quite as good with them, yet. But whenever i go back to levi (the way it was for a while) i feel good and i do double what i do in other ships as far as reccing, and overall play. So yes. I miss my hidey hole and ship sets. I love my levi, and i still can dominate in it, but not quite as profound and if i cannot play to a level of my liking, its crap. Bases north and south do not work. For one, its really wierd to say NORTH ATTACH! Two, the layout of the bases are obtrusive and annoying as !@#$%^&*. And it goes against the norm of football, soccor, hockey and reading common literature. Left to right, right to left. It comes natural, more fun, more ease. Staff recently has developed some sorta shock and awe strategy i believe. They have had a buildup of changes in the past few weeks, leading up to the coup de etat. They dont talk in the forums, if they do its an attempt to prove you wrong and not to accept ideas and help. I like a few of the staffers im not knocking all completely. But this is !@#$%^&*. Flat out !@#$%^&*. You had a good thing going over the summerr with "freaky friday" and while people disagreed with maps, there were some, one at least better than this current map and it at least looked like you had an interest in what pub said. Vote bot. Get the !@#$%^&* thing in there. If you dont care for forum polls and posts, then get that thing up. If you wanted to raise population in pub, you could have done the very things you did today in the good pub. I fail for the life of me understand why you did jack !@#$%^&* then and all of a sudden with a new map you spring to life, and !@#$%^&* pernille actually talked! She even argued! Im out of words. Show some literacy skills and read this, contemplate it, let it settle in the dark caverns of your brain. You could do more with less if you would actually work with the other pub and stop !@#$%^&*ing with the sets.

Ok, first and foremost, Vile the levi is basically fine but add back the warp please. its basically useless fodder now unless you speed it up again if you plan on keeping the brick. Pub sucks, balling to me is more soothing east to west. The bases are wack too i got lost. All of a sudden you do events in pub such as bla bla bla and you get shields, in a feeble attempt to win people over who are not in love w the map. WHY do you do events now and not do them when you had the other pub. I fail to understand this premise. I had given ideas in the Flag post, and i figured since you all are on a seemingly unstoppable wave of !@#$%^&* changes that this pub thing would happen. Stop bull!@#$%^&*ting people and if you wanted to do this map, do it again for a freaky friday and take a gd vote on it. Fix the vote bot then take a vote. simple. If the levi recieves its warp back then it may be a bit more palpitable to my taste. other wise, ill be taking my leave from the game.

Sigh, it confuzzles me at times too...cuz one time i was like NME BALL IS COMING and then i pressed alt and we had the ball...Im !@#$%^&*uming this is a permanent change even though this post has conjured up 70 replies the majority being opposed to it. I seriously hope there isnt any other huge changes coming up cuz if this is a testament to how staff listens we wont have much say in that either.

Well anythings better than that flag i would take koth or jackpots to the baller and team. The flag gives points to everyone when only one person has the flag and is continuously getting kills, while there could be someone who just sits in safe or a newb who flies around aimlessly and still manages to get points, koth requires multiple people if not all to kill in order to recieve points and more bounty. This in turn inspires players and maybe even the clueless newb to try to aim more and kill more, thus giving them more points. The flag is the lazy mans way to get points. What i have a problem with is when your playing the game, people generally say what the problem is...and then the usual reply is to go to the forums, and the forums are advertised on a regular basis but even as most of the people here offer alternate suggestions its hard to get satisfaction from any upper staff which i for the most part admire, until they !@#$%^&* the levi up then ill have some problems but any way They simply need to get that vote bot up and run the poll in pub if they are concerned at all about what players think.

Sorry this isn't English class this is a gaming forum its not required of me to use proper paragraph structure. I don't understand if you want to increase the population of pub you do more things in pub, you form a hype around it, you dont just throw in one nick here and one nick there hoping that people will by into it. It may have a temporary affect but your not going to maintain interest by these changes. The only way to get people into pub is to do events in pub, and it is the best pub from all the zones that i have been too briefly, why don't you utilize that to your advantage? The flag is an easy way out for those who dont want to ball. If the primary focus in the zone has been to ball, and balling in turn gives points then why dont you make balling the jackpot giver instead of an extra accsessory.

If your trying to increase pub population why do you host when there are 6 people in pub? And do not deny it Tex cuz you have done it at least 3 times the past week. Your intentions are good but if you want to keep the pub population strong you dont take away from it every 10 minutes in some slim chance that you might be promoted to mod. Why is there this obsessive need to host host host. Its rediculous. If you want to increase pub population you dont focus on things out of pub, you focus ON pub. Stop making plastic surgery changes and actually do things IN pub that would increase interest. I hardly ever play events, the majority are jav events any way so i could care less. If you do news.txt to players who enter and set up special events that take place in pub you could increase the interest, make up a special ball game where the team that wins wins a butt load of points, use your imaginations. I remember like a year ago or possibly more than that when a person got like 5 kills in a row a green messsage would appear, So and So is on fire! or Blankety blank is gone cold! when they havent had a kill in a while. Instead of making obvious flagrant attempts to change bases change settings do things that actually make the player want to play and compete. You currently have 13 votes to 8 for no flag yet there is one, if you dont take the poll seriously then why run it? I dont give a !@#$%^&* about the length of this Post but you people need to stop pissing people off and do things that make pub enjoyable. IF you want any ideas i have a few but i would think that you all could think of some yourself. finis.

Yeh at this time there are moveable flags in pub, may i ask why are there moveable flags when there is a poll here to determine whether to have it or not? And when the vote is 10 for no moveable flags to 6 who want them. Perplexing... Its also strange that if the emphasis has been on the ball game that you now give people two choices instead of emphasizing the one choice. If you had the individual flags be captured by the team in one base and you protected them for a certain amount of time that you recieve the jackpot, instead of counting on individuals to do the work your counting on the team to recieve points and win the ball game. Or, King of the Hill.

I dunno wtf has gotten into the 17th staff water lately but slow down on the freakin changes, i mean next thing will be an overhaul on the settings. Keep the flags as they were and either put more of an emphasis on them or bring back king of the hill. You got points based upon you killing and staying alive without losing bounty. So no to moveable flag.

Im not fond of the tubes at the moment. Close them up as before and eveything is alright. Colors are cool.

Recently there has been a torrent of random speccings that happen at bad times. for example when one is nearing a bounty record, or helping a team at a base, or has just bought bounce. Isnt there a way to save the data that was there before you specced? I had it happen the other day where i was disconnected and when i went back in i had the same bounty as before i was d/c. It would be nice to have something that remembered. This could go into the complaints post but i ffelt it needed a new topic.
