If I believe that the votes turned in are real I will count them.. If one person is voted for everything they will be scrapped.... But if scrapped yes, I will count there vote again, However if its abuses, they will not be counted (i.e. if you submit back to back bogus ones then one real)....

Eh just use credits, even though its now 125 mil at 10% tax.... Yeah I get taxed a lot but I dont really care, Its real easy to earn credits and always have plenty to use... it only takes me a couple hours of playing during a game and i earn well over 100-200 mil credits.
