Aspartame is being widely debated in the nutritional field. Many researchers claim that is a carcinogen, but the FDA remains firm that there are no ill side effects. I had to write a huge paper about both sides of the topic last semester, and I concluded that there is more evidence out there that artificial sweeteners cause cancer. If you want to look up research, be sure to check real online databases (I like PubMed) - is where I found a lot of my evidence. Unfortunately there are few papers on the subject, some of them dating back to the '80s.

My whole family loves football, and I grew up in the latter part of Niners Dynasty... so that explains a lot. @ Samapico and rootbear, Patriots were caught cheating early on this season. They taped the NY Jets' playcallers or something like that (though why you need to cheat against today's Jets is beyond me), and then beat them easily. Before this Superbowl a new allegation came up where the Pats are accused of taping a Rams runthrough... the day before the Pats then upset the Rams in the Superbowl however many years back. If that turns out to be true, then what is there to say that the Pats haven't cheated this entire time? But at least the Giants brought them to justice. Ah well, screw Boston.

Everyone in the room was on their feet! You can't just end the game with time on the clock. Every single football game (with a few seconds left on the clock) ends with the QB taking the final snap and kneeling to run out the clock. Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS GIANTS. Now I get to see more Manning/Manning commercials on TV for another year. <3 Let's go Niners!
