We are not saying to remove there anti-virus/anti-spyware all they need to do is shut it down and see if the game works.

How many do you think do not remove a program the right way? (Lots) Some do not no how to use there PC/Laptop tools the right way and they end up going in to there program files and find the folder the game or program is in and just delete it. If it’s deleted the wrong way “then its still in your registry. You will then have to clean your registry. Having a game that did not download right and was removed the “wrong way” Then Plz clean your registry. Then download the game.

Well if you used Windows Live™ OneCare™ It cleans your registry for you. and tells you if you have a virus. I put 39 on my new lap top and it worked the first time. dont go saying its the game. it just may be soming on your pc/laptop

You can disabl any program that will not stop your PC from working right. ( like things you dont need to run all the time.) From your pic i see over 20+ programs running. I did this to my friends PC and the game works
