Don't get your hopes TOO high yet... but cancel anything you have planned on next Sunday

 

I'll update you guys about it as soon as possible... but most likely, sunday afternoon/evening will be home to a great feast of ownage in the 17th Parallel.

 

If you check out the pub, you'll notice some flag stuff and a timer...

 

Here's how it works in a few words:

 

-Keep all the 4 flags for 2:30, you win

-If you capture a flag, it will take 10 seconds before it is really yours

-If you capture a flag while the enemy has the timer going down, it will pause it for atleast 10 seconds

-If you still have the flag after 10 seconds, the timer resets

-If the enemy recaptures the flag before the 10 seconds 'grace time', the timer will restart where it was for them

 

 

For now there isn't really any reward for winning... but that will surely change. Noriaki just sent me his credits plugin, I'll probably do something nice with it.

The power outtage (see thread in general forum) prevents me from preparing how I would have wanted to, that's kind of why this is still a 'maybe' and I haven't 'heavily' advertised it... But I'm sure there will be people around; probably not as much as last time, but we can hope. Spread the word

Thanks to everybody who showed up. The result was great. Played 2v2s, sbls, javwars, speedballs and more. I dare say someone will post screenshots of the results.

 

It was good to de-rust on hosting. I pretty much had forgotten how.

Wasn't bad, even though we couldn't test pub cause my plugin sucked, and even if I didn't go for the full advertising (note the topic is still a "maybe") cause of lack of time and lack of confidence in the pub plugin progress.

 

But we had some fun anyway I only took one screenshot of the very first 2v2 I think
