Hi guys this is my fav zone I was able to play the zone a week ago. Know I cant connect to the zone when i download zones it says the zone has 37 players but after i added it it turns red and wont let me connect. Is the zone down do I need to change sumthing on my system. Sry dumb ?s I have been subspace for a while but dont know anything about computers. Thx for any help in advance itching to get back in and play.

I was curious where subspace could hold a funraiser for a cause. This cause could be voted on. I don't know how far anyone would travel but if a lot of ss players could hold a ss fundraiser for a cause located where ss players could set up their laptops or pc's in a large rented location such as a clubhouse with the right plugs for electricity and above average wifi in a convention stylish way but just for subspace where newbies from local or somewhat further in the area could come and play. I'm sorting using time between jobs to travel about and I visited LYNX out in UK earlier this year and have already made plans to head down to Atlanta for a weekend in September (5-. Enter Trench Wars (yes, I know, I know!!!!) type: ?go chaos Hit the enter/return key and you'll get sent to Chaos/League Then choose an arena to go to (the one you enter will be empty) I'm not sure exactly why people aren't having success with the other methods (could be administrative privilege rights because of where the Continuum dir is), but at least this will work for everyone. --hallu

UPDATE: go here for solution: http://www.subspace.co/topic/27570-finding-chaosleague-zone/ ========================== Something has broken the normal directory download of zones so that Chaos/League doesn't install correctly. If you see Chaos/League as RED and/or having 10 players, it is pointing to the wrong IP. Here is how to fix it: 1) Close Continuum 2) Go to your Continuum directory and open up zone.dat in a text editor like notepad 3) Search for this: 66.235.184.102 4) Replace it with this: 66.36.247.83 5) Save the file Now you should see Chaos/League as green, with 20+ players and should be able to enter. --hallu P.S. working on a solution for th…

Hello all, Looking for a list of all things SUBSPACE. Particularity anything that can actually be used to play Subspace. So there are the classics Subspace 1.34 Subspace 1.35 Continuum (anyone know what versions can still play the game) So if you have a combination that works let me know Something like subgame1 and subspace 1.32 that would be great. Greetings! I've been playing subspace/continuum for a long time but never really did much outside the game. Recently I got on a huge nostalgia trip and started raiding the internet for all things SS related. It's really fascinating going through all the files and websites (or their archives) and seeing the history of it all. For instance, I had heard about the Nightwasp but never knew it was the precursor to the SS shield displayed on the zone's top scoring player. That sort of stuff... Refresh your zone list by clicking the Download button, then click ok, and SSCX Chaos should show green and you can enter. This is hooked up to the real biller, so your original nick password will work as before. I've started a new reset which will end on the usual date (Wed Apr 30), so it will be slightly short. I remember a few years ago this forum had a web game where you would build up your ships over time and do things with them. That is all I can honestly remember lol, but i remember having a lot of fun with it. I also remember there was a leaderboard showing who had the most ships and things like that. I am not sure why its doing this. Maybe priitk started server with an old backup. Any time you download a new zone list it will update as a wrong ip and will be in red. The quick fix is this: close Continuum. go into continuum directory and open up zone.dat. You will see something like this. It seems Continuum is under attack. Almost every zone is offline. There's a few of us hanging out in T3 The Gauntlet (SSC), but even SSC database server is under attack so there's no player database connectivity. I just want to inform anyone who's interested to go ahead and enter T3 The Gauntlet to meet up with those who are interested in getting to the bottom of this. If anyone knows anything, please speak up.

Hey guys, I've been working the last while on an Android (phone & tablet) game which is heavily inspired from game-play from Continuum & Star-Control, along with other games such as Diablo, and more. In this game, the combat game-play will feel a lot like these two games in the sense of mobility and open space, but will also incorporate elements from other games like Diablo in which you will be rewarded with equipment for your space-ship, you will level up, etc. I have a lot of plans for this game and I eventually want to take it online in an team-play or even MMO, community driven style game (where the community builds the universe). As the years continue, people keep slowly sliding away from the game. Some can forget it altogether. Some of those are elated to be reminded. With everyone despondent about the decline of the player base, social media starts to emerge as a vehicle to keep the game current even for those who don't play it anymore.
