Before my explaination was horrible and instead of using the correct word servername to place your zone name i said serverid which was very stupid on my part. If your wonder if i've tried this i've tried it many times with succeeding. And if you find a reason to actually use this please tell me because it seems pointless to use right now and its kind of for display like a fun thing to use or just to check out. i will try and explain putting 2 zones listening on 1 port more clearly. I always thought it'd be cool to be in a Internet Browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla's Firefox, then just type ss://17thparallel.sscuservers.net, then the zone will automatically load up and it'll use the default Profile that you have loaded up. Just like mIRC has that cool feature for typing irc://blah then it automatically loads it up in a irc client. Not sure if anyone else has thought of this, just trying to help with the development..

I tried to log on yesterday around 1:00 Pacific time and got the "You're banned' pop-up. The ban ID was #1467 and it's until next year, but as far as I know the only thing I've done wrong is having possibly the worst record in history. Could someone help me out here?

!@#$%^&*o there i would like to request a sysop group at metal gear .because you should see for yourself what fun is .and yes people do cuss which ruins the game and mostly the fun part about it . count me in as a volunteer if my request is accepted.

I dont know why this happened to me...on my first username (i lag cuz u died, i dont know the ban ID cause that pc isnt working right now) on the first comp I got banned with no warnings and did nothing wrong. Then I played for a while on another comp with a new name (Dinosaur Jr band ID=#1476 ) and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I DID NOTHING WRONG. I've emailed the email address on the netban message and recieved no replies from anyone. I emailed someone else about it but the person did nothing. I am trying to create my own zone but to edit some stuff i need to enter my zone as sysop, In the file server.csg you need to edit at the Owner:UserID= spot i need to fill in my IDnumber(UserID) of continuum/Subspace so continuum can reconise me as sysop so i can enter the arena. (btw: My acount is Witchie NL for when u can find my userID number.... and if u think i dont need it i get it from the site: http://www.shanky.com/server/) How can i find out my UserID number of my acount? are ships in continuum limited to 256 true colors, or did they make imporvements and could allow more colors Also is there a decent program that helps rotating and creating the entire set of the same ship at different angles or does it need to be done by hand. One last thing...is making the .bm2 file all there is to making ships? no converting and stuff......

ok, i went to ssdownloads.com and i clicked search archive, then i downloaded some tile editing thing, and i have no clue how to work it, i want to make my own tile sets, but after i extracted the files i clicked on the 'FACTS-0.9.1pre10 FACTS-0.9.1pre1- - ss.ClayJa... ok..lol new problem. I've made a map and made a "CFG" file for sscu trenchwars. Both files have the same name. i looked at a few site for help and they say to put the two files under zone directory and wheree i keep the files subgame2.exe. as well as my zones map Do i put the two files under sscu trenchwars? but there is no subgame2.exe under that directory and the only file with the name "subgame2.exe" is under my server. folder from my download of the "server" extra file download. Hi, i made a tileset using paint shop pro 9 and specificly degraded the color to 256 colors. I then save it and opened it with the tile editor. everything works just fine up to that point. I convert the whole thing into sscu pallet but when i open it it says: tile set bitmapis incorrectly formated this is not a 256 color bitmap! wut do i do?

This game is so doomed, nothing but newbies with sysop all over. Everywhere I look, I see nothing but trash. Is it any suprise why good men, society pillars, like Jim (minbari warship) quit the game?
