This is all directed mainly to Americans. Are any of your guys one of those anti-war people? Just curious, and wanted to voice my opionion and see what you guys think. I personally can't stand the people that frickin protest that we have our troops in Iraq or Afganistan. What happened to the days when Soldiers were respected as the defenders of our freedom? (BTW, props to Swift on being brave enuf to be there fighting) What would those people do if they lived in a country that didn't try maintain an army in order to protect their own peace? Roofbot Effect with No Bot : Not a Lame Idea eh? What you do: Create your lower bottom map ( Best to use Isometric ) using Lvz Graphics and Tiles. Im not gonna pretend to know anything about this topic, because i honestly don't. Everything I am saying here is basically coming from person thoughts. Isn't it currently illegal to assist someone in suicide (USA)? What's the purpose behind that? Don't citizens have the right to decide when to end their lives? I would think "life, liberty, and property" would include the right to decide when you want to die... Why can they ask someone to help them end their life?

I've designed a map, and I know my IP address. But whenever I try to load my zone onto the server, it gets deleted! How do I post my zone (then play on it)? The map is pretty simple, a blank one. Just a regular plain blank map. There are no add-ons, nothing. It's the perfect zone to test out new ships.

Hi there, I am a visual basic programmer and I am very interested in creating a bot. From the c++ and java examples around I have not been able to gather sufficient info to do this, and I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? Are these bots actual clients that connect to the zone server? Or do they work on top of the continuum client? If its the former, where can I get hold of some kind of RFC-like do!@#$%^&*ent of the different data sent/received? Thanks in advance Isaac

!@#$%^&*le of this post : error posting. I've been trying to post a quoted article I found interesting for the politics discussers since last night. Unfortunately whenever I post it, tag QUOTE tags around it, SSForum.net gives me dishes out a 403 Forbidden error AND a 404 error for index.php? I don't understand how Inivsion could be so !@#$%^&*ed up as to work once just by posting "Test" yet failing to post in some quoted text that I pasted in. Even a Quick Edit fails when I do this. What I'm trying to do is add sounds in a warzone ctf type map that players could assign to macros. (Part of the problem may be that I don't understand completely how sounds are !@#$%^&*igned to marcos in the game.) Can anyone explain how this works and how I might be able to supply sounds through an lvz that can be !@#$%^&*igned to macros (or at least point me in the direction or some tutorials using sounds and lvz files)? We just started getting a population again (5-9 players/night) and I'm looking to spruce up the current map with a new tileset ... something that is to the standard nowadays. How do you get the amount of a specific item that a player has? Like repels, I believe p->repel should return the amount of repels that a player has, hence "int repels = p->repel" should store the amount of repels in repel. But everytime I do that, it just stores 0, regardless of how many repels someone has. What am I doing wrong? -Suicidal

I've repeatedly said that I'm a moderate and not a real right-winger, and here's a case where I am actually taking a left-wing side on an issue. After watching the British reactions to the recent terrorist bombings, it seems that they are overreacting a bit. They seem to have gunned down a suspect who turned out not to be a terrorist, and are coming out with a bunch of resolutions, including making it illegal to make statements condoning terrorism, or banning any religious structures with ties to terrorists.
