I am looking for a host for SFSS StarWars. No DLS or cable servers plz. You can view the zone from 9am to 12am Pls send your e-mails to candygirl@sfss.org As soon as I get the hosting and get things up and running “ I will be looking for a head sysop. I work 12hrs a day and I think it’s only fair to hand the day-to-day job to someone that has the time. The sysop will need to know what there doing (Mature only) the head sysop will do the hiring of needed staff. As owner I will be there to help out from time to time and will only step in if I see things getting out of hand. Thanks cg

Don't got the time to keep up with playing the Army system at the moment, maybe next reset once I tweak a lot of things. It's been along time, people might still hate me or whatever but you can't forget continuum even when you quit it. I'm glad I see the vets are still here. It seems impossible now to edit the attachments of someone else's post as mod... This is quite annoying, in DCME forums, we want to update attachments of the 'latest release' thread, but I can't do anything... Can that be changed?

I have this leet defense weapon... it costs 2,000,000 to buy... it has 20,000 points It costs 2000 / pts to repair... Suppose it was broken.... 0/20000 ... it would cost me 4,000,000 to repair it... that makes no sense... It's actually better to just keep it till it dies then to repair it Also... items price shouldn't be all the same... at the moment they ALL cost 1$ / 100pts... So this means buying 1000 sucky weapons is the same as buying 1 stronger... same price, same points... Bigger weapons should be a better $/pts ratio... like the default items had.

I was noticing... that the trademarks to subspace have been abandoned. http://www.uspto.gov/ Search for "Subspace" Says that it has been abandoned, and that VIE filed for the abandonment. Thus said, the name continuum is quite useless vs subspace. The only use I see is labeling the client software.

Or The Abyss, or any of those other zones from the good old days. what happend to "a small warzone". they forced the .39 pre-release and then nobody played there anymore? after about 2 years of not playing i now have a comp with windoz installed in this house and decided to dl ss and see how many of my old homies are still playing. most of em moved on to bigger and better things i would run a ss zone but my server runs linux, ASSS is a pain in the ASSS to set up and my 384k of upload is nearly always saturated with other stuff. maybe some day i will bring back Terminal Force for the laugh, i think i still have thefiles somewhere

By switching workspaces while in Continuum you can see an Alt Tab chat screen like you normally would. I used Ctrl Alt Right Arrow Key to switch to my second workspace and it displayed an alt tabbed window. Just a heads up.

I was thinking of a shoutcast server for SSCentral, and thought it might be nice to have DJ's scheduled from various zones throughout the game. There would obviously be rules to prevent DJ's from abusing the radio and doing nothing but promote their zone, but it might give zones some incentive to assign a DJ just to get the word out about their zone, any events, etc that are going on. I'm not saying no advertising of zones, but don't over do it (like a mp3 of nothing but someone screaming, "TRENCH WARS!! TRENCH WARS!! TRENCH WARS!!"). Maybe even hold the GS/Polix interview on the radio, as well as any other interviews. What do you think?
