Error loading skins

So today I come home from school and hop onto MG CTF, and the first thing I notice is that my screen is spiking horribly. I closed it down, and restarted it. This time, it gave me an error: "Previous skin failed to load. Default skin failed to load. Consult skinnerr.log for information. The interface may not function properly until you correct the problem."

After unsuccessfully staring at this for a minute with no ideas, I reinstalled the game, hoping it would fix the problem. No luck. Tried using the web installer to no avail. Just keep getting the same error message repeatedly, even after trying multiple skins.
