I recently reinstalled my computer with Windows Server 2003 R2. When I double click on the Continuum icon I get a brief hourgl!@#$%^&* symbol then nothing. It worked fine on Windows XP SP2. All drivers are installed fine.

Compatibility modes don't help.

Any suggestions? smile.gif (Yes I know servers in beta versions aren't supposed to run Cont but I'm just curious here ...)

Yep.

During the process I've even reinstalled Windows (to cut a long story short I couldn't get my sound card to work ... it's a bit of a weird card so decided to try reinstalling Windows ... then found out on the second install that the Windows Audio Service is deactiviated by default on install.)

I tried installing SS pretty soon after the computer was reinstalled. I think Firefox and Thunderbird were the only other things installed at the time.

S'no biggie smile.gif If it don't work it don't work. Especially seeing as this is a beta version of R2 running on top of Windows Server 2003. In the long run I'll make the computer a dual boot (XP for games, Server to dev on) which should solve the problem.

Thanks for trying smile.gif
