In Game screen is messed...

Ive been playing SS for a long time now and everything was working fine until last night , i got on.... and got banned and i dont really remember buz i was drunk... but everything looked fine in the morning till i entered ss.. and on the highest rez setting the screen is moved down about an inch.. and its also pincushoined to the sides... (stretched) . How do i fix my in game screen if there is nothing wrong outside of the game?

 

1280x1024x8 <--rez in ss

 

 

1152 by 864 pixels <--- windows 98 rez

 

It is fine on lower rez's but i need a high rez cuz i play in TW and i need to see as much as possible.

Pincushioning and misalignment are monitor settings. You can't fix those through software.

I understand this , but outside of SS everything is fine... only in SS on the highest rez does it mess up

Ok i found the problem... an option on the monitor that i didnt know was there fixed it.. some kind of corner option... but thank you very much for posting so quickly Mr. Ekted i appreciate it

Rosstones where is ave-iator? and Downtown the zone?

Most monitors store settings for each resolution/refresh rate combination. So you probably use a specific res/ref combo for SS that you don't use anywhere else.

Omg.... i didn't think anybody remembered DT ... Ave is long gone.. i guess... and NOBODY!!!!!!! was in tw over a year ago.. on an alt nick... i had there s/ns but i lost them... that zone was alot of work even though it sucked.
