We have subbill.ini configured with all the stuff we need but when he runs ssbilling2.exe, but it won't connect. I believe it's saying 'ERROR:Could not connect to billing server' Anyone have any idea what's causing this and what we could do to fix it? Thanks. UPDATE: NEW PROBLEM Ok, we got the biller to work but now something is messed up with it. For one, ?man doesn't work. Also, if we try to ban someone it says their name cannot be found or something. ★ SOS Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 In server.ini under [billing], Make sure that ScoreID and GroupID are not zero. Does the biller window say anything? If not, the port under [billing] is wrong. It must be the same as the one in ssbilling2.ini

Maybe you turned it on accidentally? More details about ?ban not working. What exactly does it say? What is the biller version? (do ?version) What is the name of the player you are trying to ban? What exactly is the command you are typing?

If you can't even figure out how to get the biller working then stop, delete all the zone files and go back to just playing the game. I'm usually the "bad guy"
