Leg0las Posted August 24, 2005 Report Posted August 24, 2005 I've got a problem with my zone (SSI Descent Vargo) it's the only zonei can only enter with one of my PC's.. other PC's get disconnected assoon as they enter. The same thing was going on on the previous server I was etsablished with the same zone, so I figured the server.ini might cause the problem. (all of the computers can enter everyzone on SS exept mine) Does somebody have any idea whats causing the problem here?If someone could help me out I'd rly appreciate it! thx

Leg0las Posted August 24, 2005 Author Report Posted August 24, 2005 I remember using the same server.ini file on my test servers, so I think it can't be the server.cfg thats causing the problem since its rather new and not used on those test servers.. perhaps I shud just get a new server.ini from somewhere that works for sure?

Leg0las Posted August 24, 2005 Author Report Posted August 24, 2005 Just figured out that putting numbers in ur LVZ name might cause this problem, so never use 'filename10.lvz' but 'filename.lvz'... for the ppl who didnt know this, like myself
»Maverick Posted August 24, 2005 Report Posted August 24, 2005 That won't cause any problem, leg0las, as long as it is a valid filename. Your original server.ini didn't have ServerIP set, this might cause problems.
