Alt+Left+Forward doesn't work

Dear helpdesk,

 

I've played SubSpace years ago, and only recently found out that it's still played by thousands of gamers. Excuse me for not being able to describe the problem in very few words...

 

I was playing in the Alpha Zone (I, for instance, don't know if it matters in which zone I played, but anyway...), when wanted to view the complete map. For this, I pressed and held the [Alt] key. While keeping this button down, to see the map, I wanted to fly forward at the same time, hence, I pressed and held also the [Forward] button.

 

With these two keys pressed in this order, I could only turn left, and not right. Thus, the combination [Alt]+[Forward]+

doesn't work, but [Alt]+[Forward]+

does.

 

Then I experimented a little bit to see if there were similar bugs, and came to the conclusion that also the sequence [Alt]+

+[Forward] doesn't work.

Ya I have a similar problem with my keyboard. I can't do shift + up + left. So in Hockey Zone I use letter keys for thrust and bullets.

this has been a known issue with cheaper keyboards for years, replace the keyboard with a "better" one, and your issues will be solved.
