flickering what is it

so everytime i go on to a zone any zone the screen always flickers just a the bottom sometimes taking up the entire screen

Goto Continuum Main Menu (where you select the zones), click on View, Advanced Options. A new window pops up, check the checkbox for "Avoid Page Flipping", click on OK.

 

That should solve the problem you are having.
