Guest Guest_Lothar_* Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 I entered the information to use a proxy server, but continuum just freezes up at the main window now... I know how to disable it again in the registry, but why isn't it working in the first place?
candygirl Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 Why would you us it? continuum has its own zone/server update or download or what ever the !@#$%^&* thing is called
»Maverick Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 candygirl, you don't know what the guest_Lothar is talking about Guest_Lother, I have tried to use its feature too but it locked with me too. However, Continuum doesn't really lock up: wait 5 minutes then Continuum will display an error message about the proxy. I have never got it working myself :/
»SOS Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 Or just execute the attached file to remove the proxy settings. It's not working because you entered something wrong or the proxy is not of the type needed. Continuum only works with some special (SOCKS5) proxies.clear_proxy.zip
Guest Guest Posted July 31, 2005 Report Posted July 31, 2005 Well !@#$%^&*, tell prick to change something with that. It should just give you a message saying what you said, SOS, instead of freezing for 5 minutes requiring a registry hack.
BDwinsAlt Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 Sure, whats his AIM SN?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>1SexY!@#$%^&*FromEstoniaWhoCreatedContinuumAndNowEveryoneLovesMe192 Oh and he helped create KazAa and Skype hehe. He is like in legal issues i think. But because he is in estonia he's like shielded from USA. HOT! Well i continuum is said to be completelt hand coded. And they say they did't use any code from SubSpace. I dunno whose telling the truth. If you used the source code, WHO CARES, it rocks!
