Guest Brainy Posted June 17, 2005 Report Posted June 17, 2005 Well here's the problem..any time i load subspace, it takes a !@#$%^&*load to get to the splash screen, and if i ALT TAB or exit the game, it takes even longer. Recently Dell had to replace my motherboard for some reasons to do with power, and ever since then the game has been fuxxed, and other games take especially long to load as well. This computer was built SPECIFICALLY for gaming, and here it is taking the equivalent of 1997 compaq computer. All the drivers are up to date so it says after i checked, scanned for viruses and spyware, nothing..what to do?
X`terrania Posted June 17, 2005 Report Posted June 17, 2005 Easy buddy.. my computer is 6~7 years old and the only updates are the new graphic card.. rofl.
Guest Brainy Posted June 17, 2005 Report Posted June 17, 2005 Meh, everyone keeps telling me different things. Its not the video card because this is a brand !@#$%^&*ing new computer, they just replaced the motherboard a week ago. Some people say update drivers, some say reinstall windows..meh..someone be correct.

»SOS Posted June 18, 2005 Report Posted June 18, 2005 Motherboard drivers could be a good bet. Or take it to back for repairs if under warrantly. Say it's way too slow now and have them take a look.
