Slipped Posted June 14, 2005 Report Posted June 14, 2005 I was playing in a zone for a while, then I exited that zone and was going to go into another zone... When I exited that zone the thing froze, then alot more stuff on my computer began to freeze. I couldnt open the task manager, so I just rebooted. When I got back I tried opening continuum, nothing happened. It acted as if it were trying to load or something, but nothing was happening. I went into the tast manager to see if I could close it and try again, continuum.exe was jumping up and down, if I could click on it, it'd just deselect itself; therefore I couldn't close it...I don't have any antivirus things loading, I've tried closing all other background applications... I have no idea whats wrong, I've got a friend with the exact same problem... Some help would be nice.. thanks -Slipped

»SOS Posted June 14, 2005 Report Posted June 14, 2005 It could be some strange remnant of a driver or a partly-uninstalled program. This problem could easily be caused by things you don't even know exist on the computer... try uninstalling anything strange or any programs that might want to poke around with other programs.
Slipped Posted June 15, 2005 Author Report Posted June 15, 2005 Yeah, I've read that one thing... I can get the thing to open by using 'Run as...' but it takes forever to load and then nothing saves, my chats don't save, the previous account used doesn't save... any ideas on this?
