Web installer does not work

I used to get a message when the level would be loading saying unable to create level blah blah blah. do I uninstalled and now while instaling I get this:

 

Subspace web installer was unable to locate a supported repository and will now abort. Please visit the online support forums at http://www.ssforum.net/ for updates and !@#$%^&*istance.

 

PLZ help. I could lose my arm if I dont get Continuum working again.

Download and install the client (not web installer) from here

Also, do not run the game via the "Run As..." menu option and make sure you have enough access on the computer you are trying to run it on.
