Ok, i had to reinstall CTM since it wouldn't load, now it works fine, but i've lost the password to "Raze+", ive sent mackieman msgs, also i applied on that website "username request"

 

i dont get any answers, who do i speak to..who will actually answer.

You will need a temporary new username to receive the username recovery information. You will be sent an in-game message giving you a new password to the old user.

 

Do not use a different computer to log in to the new name - the operators will then think that you are two different people.
