It'd be nice if we could have at least 4000x4000 tiles , or more , that way we could have huge wars and such and such , (lag would be crappy im guessing) and have like..hugh carry ships that dock other ships , kinda like a moveable safe , but it can be destroyed with so many hits , like 250 or so.

Everytime you go somewhere where you can buy things, you can use preset favorites that will automaticly buy everything on the list you can afford - if you don't already have it.

Most zones have trouble filling a 1024x1024 map, and using ASSS you could send the player to a different arena when he reaches a boundry if you really want to emulate a bigger map.

What's stoping you from do this already? Just subs!@#$%^&*ute docking with attaching and give one of the ships a lot more energy (kinda like starcon).

*Remove (name) removes it

Or make some kinda chat client that you can go into from either FireFox or IE , and you can add friends and all. So its like a MSN Messenger or AIM for SS.

I say we just beef up the current SS.

 

Just like , being able to use more tiles and all , so Instead of having what we have now , Be able to use 4 times as many. So , better or more door's , Etc..

 

Beef the ships up to give them a little more of a 3d effect.

Add in suicide (Wasent that in the old ones?)

 

If your on a turret , you can combine your Resourses (Reps , Thors , Decoys , Bricks , etc etc..) But it would also slow down the ship a fair bit , Maybe half speed , what ever suits the zone.

Such modifications would require several times the memory continuum takes, and will probably make it difficult if not impossible for people on a 28.8 to play smoothly. Not saying that we shouldn't, but that it will change that aspect of the game.

larger maps aren't necessary... larger and more customizable tilesets are necessary blum.gif ... a tileset in which we could define each tile's property... you could set all the tiles to Fly Over if you want... things like that

Bigger Banners , By at least a few pixels , Prox Guns , Reps do damage , being able to do a full stop in space , decoys are able to be destroyed , or equipped with a mine so they are suicide bombers.

Yeah, I've thought of taking

 

Negative Speed Reps (portable wormholes with enough time in settings:D)

 

and

 

Decoyz with gunz (isn't already available, but I'm guessing it could be done if one understood the Continuum source)

Player controlled bombs , like , you can have it as a special , like a thor , but when you fire it , your view automaticly switches to it and you are able to control it until it dies out. During that time you are left floating around , leaving you vunerable , so its fun , but you also have a weakness, smile.gif.
