Cannot connect to servers

my zones are all red and its says my server isnt connected and my friends sent me another server and it still didnt work plz help me i wanna play

help me, perhaps your firewall is seriously messing continuum up, make sure it is enabled and make sure that you are CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

Firewall problem.

- Disable Windows Firewall

- Do you have a router? If so, goto your router (most likely via the web interface) and disable port blocking features of the firewall.

That happened to me when I tried to connect using a proxy server.

 

Go to Proxy Options and make sure the box is unchecked.

I have the same exact problem and i checked all that and it still dont work. It just started today.
