Guest Level369 Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 this is a great game and i want to continue playing but once i enter the game and play for awhile it crashes. im using windows xp and i have 608MB of ram. is there any processes i gotta delete or somethin?
Dav Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 sounds strange. Just so none wlse works it out, 640mb ram (probably a 512 and a 128) and running 32mb onboard graphics. whats speed if the processor? and any other system specs may prove usefull.
Confess Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Umm, really, no matter what the specs are, it shouldnt of crashed it with those system specs, just by telling how much ram you have...your computer can handle it. I have a 300mhz/64mbram computer....if you can run XP, you can run continuum. Im not entirely sure what could be the matter though....what happens when you load it? do you get any error?
Yupa Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Your system is probably filled with spyware, adware, malware, viruses, IE toolbars, Yahoo! quickstart email bull!@#$%^&*, etc.
Trained Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Akai (Yupa) is probally right. Try downloading this crappy prog to help you just a bit, its easy to use, but don't get your hopes to high: (Click Here)

»Maverick Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 Ad-Aware sucks alot . Use Spybot S&D instead, download it here.
Guest Cerubois Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 Ad-Aware sucks alot . Use Spybot S&D instead, download it here.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hmm... In my opinion, Ad-Aware works a lot better than Spybot. I've even tested this out. I ran Spybot and got rid of all the spyware it found, then I ran Ad-Aware (SE) and it found even more stuff that Spybot didn't find. A lot of people think that Ad-Aware is spyware itself, but that's only because they computer illiterate and there's no point in arguing with fools. -_-

Do it the other way around. Spybot will find more stuff then Adaware
Guest Cerubois Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 My conclusion: Use both! There's no bad side, and you can only benefit.
»Maverick Posted March 15, 2005 Report Posted March 15, 2005 I have heard this that AdAware ignores some spyware if they get paid enough from the spyware manufacturers
