cant get on continuum this new dell computer

Ok it wont let me continuum. all my internet things work msn hotmail etc. but it wont let me download zone list and it always goes red. when i go to zone list it says i am not connected to internet or that i have wrong directors.. which is dumb cause i ahve all the right ones. how do i fix this

I put it in the diceorty list thingy and same thing some 1 needs to get bla to hack my comp to fix this for me!

Problem:

User can't download zones from a directory server. It doesn't seems to be a problem with the directory server list.

Recommended solution:

Windows XP SP2: Goto Start / Settings / Control Panel / Windows Firewall. Click on off then click on OK.

Windows XP SP1: Goto Start / Settings / Control Panel / Network Connections. Right click on the connection you use for the internet (probably Local Area Connection), click on Properties. Goto the Advanced tab. Clear the check in front of 'Windows Firewall' then click OK.
