SS is addicting.....

Ok, I got some good news and some bad news.....

 

I stopped playing SS/Continuum earlier this spring, and I haven't played it since. I finally thought that I had broken my addiction to this game, but now I find myself somehow playing it again, and posting in these forums. Somebody help me! LoL Nah, I got bored and didn't ahve anything better to do so I figured I'd check on things, and now since I checked on these I might just come back from my retirement. Ok, and now for the good news......no wait, there wasn't any!

Addiction? The way I keep from getting addicted is to not actually play the game. Just sysoping it makes me want to leave at least once a week. Only the people keep me around.

Nah, just slowly get unmotivated about it... and realize the amount of newbs and at!@#$%^&*ude of teenagers there are... meh. it'd turn anyone away. :-p

Or do what I did! Get some sort of virus to screw up windows so it cant run anymore, then have someone keep you from fixing the problem. Just like that, instant cure

Get Laid! That's your only chance to break the addiction. I stopped playing when I relized that this game was turning into work, so maybe join a zone dev project and youll get sick of it fast

I"ve had three of my own zones. I have been a Mod on several zones, been Smod on quite a few zones, been a sysop on a couple zones, and I've turned down numerous invitations to be staff on other zones. From what I've learned from all of that is, being staff sucks! lol But it's a good experience. Right now, I'm not trying ot quit again. I think I'm gonna hang around for a little while, most because I want to see HS come back up, and I want to see the population on ssz cs go up. I use to play on ssa cs all the time before I found HS.
