Hi all. New ER> here, and wanted to ask about what events were popular, so I can get the important ones down first. I got dodgeball down, and the new billiards which I think is cool.

my favorite is wormhole, but noone else seems to like it...

i also like blitz, which isn't too popular either...

umm, same with speedflag...

wtf does anyone else like these events? or should i just remain in other zones where the events i like actually get participation?

My favourite events hosted in 17th: speedball, dodgeball, sblball, lancer (it's rarely hosted), bankrob (rarely too), -*BAD WORD*-, sometimes mothership and soon halsy

 

Thats it I guess....

 

I hate rumble and javwar much, probably because I suck so hard in jav...

We all have to start sometime. If all zones had a policy of only hiring ERs if they had past experience, there would be no staff anywhere.

all the 17th ers are complete nobodys, only two i heard out of the bunch is alv and auto

Strangly enough they were people who got somewhere.

 

Now Mav those aren't nice words, but i'll stick by what you say 'bout Paladin. If he is as good an ER as you are at brown-nosing Mike, then i'm sure he truely is a great ER.

Well, if you didn't know Paladin before he was hired, you don't play 17th very much anymore. He's been playing for quite a few months now. Not exactly a long-time player, but long enough to qualify for ER.

I think naed got into 17th Staff the easiest. He played TW for like a week, then I told him 'bout 17th. He came over because I was an ER back then (when I first started) and applied because I was one. He was hired within days lol. A 17th staffer without 2 weeks even of experiance

 

Sorry to naed, he is cool and all, but he makes a good example as a starter. 17th Staff requires no skills or experiance. Suppose that comes with the example of most of upper staff >_>
