Psst there have only been two attemps at a duel leagues while I was on staff, one was successful, the first one, the second one, I had internet issues, and was forced to leave ss right as the league was going to start. Most leagues will fail if the coord of it isn't even there for the league lol

Last Elim League was run by me (I think) and last I knew it didn't fail. It ran fine till vile fkd up my settings and ppl complained that Tapzu and SS team'd and the scores weren't updated properly. It started to die off after Tapzu kept winning week after week.

Like stock said bug those squads to see if they're interested. Maybe get something on the website news and the zone news too? I don't think many people in 17th know this league is about to happen..

No, people stopped playing because Tapzu kept winning. I don't consider that a failure. It's not my fault no one could beat him.

well, its in the periodic, and i also made an ad-gfx wich will go up on friday i think. ill ask the leaders wether they are interested. though, im not 2 sad that it gonna be a small league. small might be funnier anyway cuz every1 gets to play against every1.

 

The first macth will be 02|26|05 3pm EST. Schedules gonna be on the website till sunday.

Thats 3 days from now... schedules where? Have you contacted any squadleaders about their upcoming games? Do the squadleaders even know about the site or the start date? Does anyone know that this league is happening?

 

Small leagues fail because you're always gonna get drop outs. Most "big" leagues become small leagues and most small ones whimper out of existence.

 

Seriously Crea, Delay this league a few weeks, open up sign ups, and advertise like mad. We need a lvz that appears in pub when you enter the zone, something in the news.txt again, something on the website and all the things telson said on that post on pub forum.

The only thng i posted 3 days b4 first league match was whome against whome. it was clear since the first day of the signups when the first match will be held.

 

however, 2nd sblball game is over and all games were played. non forfeit.

 

id say give sblball as a very new league some time to warm up and get popular. ppl g2 rec its worth to show up.
