Shrop Posted September 11, 2004 Report Posted September 11, 2004 reps are way to powerful and should be weakend, too many noobs and vets rely on reps to get them out of tight situations. The way how i see it is Break the Habit with -*BAD WORD*-ty reps therefore they wont use the reps as much, also if the reps are cut-down the noobs will become better players in my minds eye, thus better compe!@#$%^&*ion
Bomook Posted September 11, 2004 Report Posted September 11, 2004 yeah, I thought the repels in the new settings should have about half the distance currently as well as a shorter duration, but have more able to fit on a ship.

Just make them weaker, as in, less pushing speed, less time of effect, less radius of effect. Enough to make them more fair but not worthless.

I can and would spend more on winning a flag game than my entire team would make by winning. By doing so, I can often guarantee we do win, just by throwing some shields and bricks as needed. Just because I won't make any money doesn't make it less lame. As for repels: perhaps up the price of repels a bit as well, $1000 for what the offer is too good of a deal...
