Okay, I was playing in the sub-area called Starfox and I was duel Boldot (Nike G u R L 637's RL B/F) and I said to the 1 hosting the duel: "hurry up so I can rape Boldot then rape Nike G u R L 637" (I had intentions to duel Nike G u R L 637 after) so then she degranted me $100,000 and then in the duel I was 'lagging' and so then she AND boldot used slander against me and said I was using speed hack. However for one thing, Speed Hack does not run on Windows XP (which I am using) and I do not have a trace of speedhack.exe or hook.dll on my computer. She then banned me after me calling her a -*BAD WORD*- (which she is). Also, if she can't handle being called that without placing a ban, then I suggest that she should not be using the internet because someone may call her a -*BAD WORD*- because she is one. I think that this is hatred she is pointing towards me for no reason. Someone fire her or else SSCX A-Hyperspace will become another SSZ Mystic Kingdom.

 

She is now banned from the server which I own/NetOp in because she banned me. :muhah:

 

In conclusion, she used 2 forms of abuse, money degranting for no reason and using slander. I think she should be fired because of her behaviour.

First off, prior to the "rape" comment, you made several comments with adult language and content. According to Doc's topic, that too is illegal. NiKe claims that you have been warned and fined several times in the past. Thus, the huge fine was suitable.

Second, the duel. Everyone but Arnk was complaining about your spikey lag. It pretty much mimicked a speedhack (I've seen others use them). Plus, Kirby and Arnk were the ones that accused you of hacking. NiKe and boldot simply complained greatly about your lag and said that boldot should win by default.

The ban was for spamming and repeatedly using adult language/content, and threatening a mod.

Secondly, I have warned you repeatedly for you to clean up your public chat. I've warned you, I've fined you, I've kicked you. You have not listened, nor have you stopped. Every warning I give is replied with an insult. Obviously, you're a little boy that cannot handle following the rules.

 

Because you have not done anything to change what you say in public chat, while fully well knowing the rules AND since I've warned you so much for them, you were fined. Then, after calling me a -*BAD WORD*-, then threatening me to give back your 100k, I banned you.

 

Your speedhack has nothing to do with your ban. Though, I've heard from many players about it, and witnessed it with my own eyes while you were dueling boldot. I was not slandering you, I was asking Arnk to reconsider, and he did indeed, after what he had seen. And you think I should be fired for "using slander", your definition being that I was suspicion of cheating? Right.

 

As for me being a -*BAD WORD*-. You don't know me in real life, you never hear me talk unless it's in reply to your totally disgusting sexual remarks towards myself and boldot. Well, first off, i would like to say that technically it is libel, since your so called "slander" is written in text. Slander is spoken. Next, by called Nike a -*BAD WORD*-, you yourself are commiting libel. Also, unless the comment can somehow actually damage your reputation, it isnt considered libel or slander. As far as i see, being accused of cheating is not enough of ruining a reputation, while saying that nike is, in fact a -*BAD WORD*-, would.

 

There is no need to put quotes around lagging. You were at least spiking 700ms pings. Be it kazaa, bit torrent, or speed hack or whatever, it was extremely evident something was wrong. I personally saw you spike from 70ms to 800+ms, stay around that for a while, then go back down to 70.

I wasn't complaining, but I did accuse him of hacking. I drew the duel since Rancor won 3-2 but was lagging unfairly.

 

Props to Rancor for his PROFOUND logic and insults too. Also, I've seen speedhacking before, and your ping time sine wave was quite suspicious. YOU decided to make it personal, so deal.

 

On a side note, I shoud make a duel module. Also, get the lag settings to actually work. These people should be specced after 300-400ms.

Kilo, I have used speedhack before (last time i used it was in 2000) and I know it is too. I have also seen other use it in Continuum and other games.
