Kilo Posted August 28, 2004 Report Posted August 28, 2004 The best part was that the server didn't crash! Quote
rogh Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 sorry pic, your post(to me) was very confusing. and i'm lazy to figure it out. Quote
Kilo Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 I can do starfox obviously, but school starts this week for me >.< Quote
FunkmastaD Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 I'll try and think of something that can be hosted on a scheduled basis. Quote
Quigybobo Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 I have late night balling stuff usually for the players online. It attracts quite a few people late at night. Also do races around the outside middle of the map. Its a good kinda track to use. Or use the hyperspace using staff powers. There are lots to do just be creative. Quote
chocko_cc Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 ...hyperspace powers? heheh events in the arena events should be held more often i've only ever been on one and whenever i go on basically no one is on so i miss out on the fun =( Quote
FunkmastaD Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 Alright Today I have the day off from work and I've decided to host a whole load of events while I'm here The main event (so to speak) is a hopefully HUGE Basing event on the old map. This is going to be run at 3pm Eastern and right now I have set a ?timer incase you don't know how to tell time Quote
FunkmastaD Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 Well my event got delayed for a bit but in the end it was enjoyed by 8 people...the other 8 people weren't as happy. Hey everyone can't win Quote
chocko_cc Posted September 1, 2004 Report Posted September 1, 2004 -*BAD WORD*- i was probably sleeping again. Quote
Dav Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 i think a daily turret wars would be a nice idea Quote
Kilo Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 Two teams, one captainship per team, everyone attaches to the captain on their team at all times. (Though in practice, a lot of people are jerks and don't attach and or detach.) Quote
FunkmastaD Posted September 20, 2004 Report Posted September 20, 2004 Ok I think I have found some time to host a large scale event on Wednesday Sept. 22nd. Wooo lol So I'll probably host a Starfox event around 5pm EasternI hope there are a lot of people to participate Quote
rogh Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 ahh wish you'd make it on the weekends. Quote
FunkmastaD Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Well picano and Arnk host it on the weekends Quote
FunkmastaD Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Wooo well I'm just about to go to class, I'll be home in about 2 hours or so and I'll start a SF pregame show around 4 with some SF based trivia or something along that line.Lets get a lot of people to play Oh and the SF game at 5pm Eastern will be a basic 2 team, 1 cap each for the 30k goals.I'll be making both teams to save some time and I'm going to lock the arena so all Shipchanges will need to go through me or another mod who isn't playing but is watching. Quote
FunkmastaD Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Well Congrats to pseudodragon and the rest of team 1 for winning 3-2 in StarFox today Quote
FunkmastaD Posted September 24, 2004 Report Posted September 24, 2004 There was an average of 9 per team, but it reached 11 per team for a brief time. I'd say about 20 people showed up, and that I was dumb because I'm not allowed to change some sets I prized double, so goals were worth 60k I suppose lolI also did some Star Fox trivia before to warm up the crowd Quote
Kilo Posted September 24, 2004 Report Posted September 24, 2004 ...you used FlagReward for the goal rewards? Shame on you. I'm not sure if that's what you mean, your sentence structure was a bit shaky. (negative values for Soccer:Reward yield fixed rewards) Quote
Lanvalk Posted September 25, 2004 Report Posted September 25, 2004 He did a negative amount, I can cite him on that. Quote
