But each side of the conflict should get their facts straight, and if they did something wrong, they should make proper excuses and do what should be done to bring things back to normal. That's just like when Z3phyr got banned for no reason, the staff took way too much time to react and fix that. In this present conflict, Delic's arguments are much more convincing and he seems more credible ... Maybe he could have been suspended, but fired? I don't think it was necessary... But that's what I think, I don't know the full story, none of us do, we can't judge too quickly...

Naedhaha also said that it was actually Mikethenose who gave the 'order' of firing Delic.. That would lighten the accusations towards MMav, though he may still have done some things wrong... but everyone does mistakes ; as long as we fix them if we can...

He'd have fire him for "bad at!@#$%^&*ude" ? ... Delic sure has an extravagent at!@#$%^&*ude, but a "bad" at!@#$%^&*ude, I wouldn't say so ; he may say some weird things, some things that may hurt you, but that's never (almost I guess..) his first intention. If you don't like something he said or did, tell him, he will stop ; if he doesn't, then you can say he has a bad at!@#$%^&*ude .

Actually, I thought it was ridiculously obvious that the suspension was an incorrect move by MMaverick.

 

I don't see how anyone can think otherwise.

I mean, one day some dude who's never been in this zone before gets hired as mod, I protest and explain why he shouldn't be mod.

 

Then, some days later, some other dude and the new dude get in some form of argument, which has nothing to do with me.

Then I get suspended because of THAT.

The email was me defending myself against the false accusations that got me suspended, all I did was explain what happened.

You say I should've kept quiet when I knew I was in trouble, but I wasn't worried because I knew that it was all just an attempt to piss me off, the last thing I would've thought would be that I'd get fired simply for telling what happened.

How exactly was the email aggressive?

Imagine being in my situation, how would you type that email?

 

"Hey MMave I love you man, keep up the good work, I can see why they promoted you to SMod, I mean you're just a shining example of how a SMod should behave, you're a true role model, props man.

Oh but by the way, could you please not abuse by suspending me for something that I didn't do?

I did discuss it in private with those responsible, as you can see in the log, it was the first thing that I did.

Pernille knew what happened, Vile knew what happened, Telson knew what happened, and they all knew that what happened was wrong.

Yet, nothing was done by them. So that's why I said what I said.

If I wanted to be an äss, I'd be long gone just like everyone you banned back in the days who felt like I feel but didn't know how to express it other than with anger.

 

But I understand that you can't imagine how I feel, you just can't look at it from my point of view.

We're way too different and we look at this game from way too different perspectives.

This topic is getting away out of hand... look im aware 90% of you don't approve of me if not 100% of you, i dont want to get anyone fired here but if you want honesty delic did give me quite a -*BAD WORD*- of an at!@#$%^&*ude at first but im pretty used to ignoring negative thigns i get... from what i know delic seemed to be trying to ignore me, i dont know, infact i dont even know why he was being nice to me... could be because he intended to use it against me or because he intended to actually be nice to me... if his reasons are to be nice to me once again i mean what i said about him but if otherwise i dont... ive heard numerous things about delic and most are bad to be honest... ive been told its his way of bending things around and i dont know delic, infact ill admit i dont know any staff very well... i am new to 17th and thats how it is, dont see what the problem with me trying to help here is... its not like im new to ss all together... ive just been more of a tw player... infact thats all ive been for the past two years and ive played elsewhere in the years before that... my home origionally is tw but being on staff i keep myself in 17th at my choice because i plan to try my best as staff here reguardless of the hate or unacceptance i get... it would be a -*BAD WORD*- of alot easier to just stay in tw but thats not my concern... i never came here to tear down 17th staff or split it in two, infact i planned to leave without releasing names for that reason, but thats not how things turned out... even though delic is nice to me atm and tries to be nice to me i know half if not more of the negativity i get is spawned from him... i havent come to make enemies here... and as for mmaverick, u all call him unworthy and low things but being on staff, thats not how he's treating me... he's helped me quite a bit on the dev team and on any questions i have, now if u call someone whose trying to help low then i dont know what you guys want... we all have issues of hate to others, the only difference is the ones who can just put other things ahead... i can hate rish and delic but i wont, infact i made up with rish and i did earlier to delic... as humans we'll always be loved and hated and love and hate others... i accept that but wont let that get in the way, if i have the opportunity to fix things i will... im sorry and i do feel bad for rish and delic, especially delic for being fired cuz i know if i never came here delic would still be on staff and there wouldnt be this trash... but things happened and i think its clear delic isnt getting back on staff at this point... so what exactly are you guys trying to do? get someone else to get fired and reduce the staff?... think about what ur objective in this forum is here...

Wow... you REALLY need to learn how to paragraph.

 

I'm not even going to attempt to read that big ol' pile of stuff.

 

Whats happened is Maka has put down his opinion and supported it, it wasn't liked (I am with Maka on this - if you aren't part of the zone why should we give you powers to it? Help; yes but control, no)

 

Staff doesn't like opinions, -*BAD WORD*- half of ex-staff were fired because of opinions.

 

Most the people I see now still in staff are blinded by either being in power too long to actually care as much as they should; they see themselves as the bosses upon other volunteers who often have more care for the zone than them, themselves.

 

-*BAD WORD*- when I was an ER and I laid down the fact I wanted to stay an ER because I didn't want any of your upperstaff we-want-to-help-but-don't-like-productive-ideas -*BAD WORD*-

 

This has been said time and time again so by different people, people who are respected in game by the players (you know, those little guys you staff keep -*BAD WORD*-ting? the most important part of the zone) so obviously with all this being said they must all be thinking SOMETHING right.

 

Yet because of upper staff ideals it keeps turning pear shaped. Even to the point where you are firing a loyal 17ther, respected player and someone who has good points because he doesn't think a random newbie of the zone (Don't care how many years you have played, still a newbie to every zone you havn't been in for at least a few weeks) should be mod and -*BAD WORD*-ed right I think.

 

But hey, we all know what you do to opinions that won't work to YOUR plans eh?

Ah, its amazing what kind of reaction one can get from a simple game. lol. An intense power struggle, backstabbing, intruige....what is this the soaps????? Staff does seem a bit on the harsh side lately I will admit. foof/edit and mmav seemingly out of sorts. *plays piano music* Next time on the 17th.....will Delic and MMav ever make up?
