Probably boring to read (I understand if you don't give a shït, if that's the case then don't bother posting a reply) but just to let everyone know the real reason why I got suspended and then fired while I was still suspended..

Next day I get fired for "causing way too much trouble", this is while I was still suspended.

Yeah, so basically, noriaki was hired as a moderator the first day he entered 17th, I protested to MMave and pern asking them how they could hire someone as mod when he's never even been here before.

This is because MMave is in love with bots or something, nori was hired to make bots, but he doesn't need mod powers to do that ;/

A moderator should be someone who's got some experience in a zone, someone who is involved with the community and knows how the zone works.

So that's what I was trying to tell them when they hired him.

No disrespect towards noriaki, that's just my opinion.

 

After that I didn't even say a word to him, then several days later I get suspended for "har!@#$%^&*ing" him (when I wasn't even talking TO him).

I guess MMaverick just can't stand to be told that he's doing something wrong, he'd rather ignore what's being said, take it as a personal attack and get rid of the person. Nice professionalism right there.

 

Well I've been an active player in this zone for a long time (unlike most of upper staff who've never even been real players), and I don't think I deserve to be treated like this by some guy who got on staff and got promoted to SMod because he knows how to make bots.

It's sad to see how they let him get away with this, they even admit that what he did was fukked up and still they'd rather not get involved.

I guess this is why you don't want people to know how staff is?

 

Watch how MMaverick won't be able to reply to my points, (he'll probably try to get this thread locked) because it's blatantly obvious that his actions were biased and completely illegal.

Sigh, this is my side of the story.

 

In the middle of a game of speedball, some random bot left the arena and the hosting suddenly stopped (noriaki was the host of this game by the way.) I asked him what was going on. He said the bot left so he has to wait until it comes back. Then I told him he didnt need one for such a simple event like Speedball. He ignored me. Now if people dont already I know, I HATE to be ignored. So I messaged him back again, and again. Finally he told me to stfu, which really got me mad. At this point I made some ?modinfo remark about him being a noob. So finally after 15 minutes of waiting for some bot to return (which never did) I had to take over hosting. After I hosted I left. Two days later Im suspended without having the chance to defend myself.

 

I honestly dont see why we need so many bots in the first place. We arent a large zone and we dont have a huge population. Besides, giving Development people the ability to even use the *arena commands is ludacris to me. They should just submit stuff and be given credit when they deserve it. Not to screw up hosting and cause such large problems.

 

One last note, being suspended for calling someone the most widely used remark in this game is outrageous. noriaki could have easily ?ignored me and we wouldnt have this mess. GFG intelligence.

ok first off rish, thats not what you did and second off i dont exactly like being quoted and i had hoped delic didnt pm me to quote me... personally, i like mav quite a bit and would rather not bring stuff his way and get myself pulled into more crap... on the second half, i dont like being mean to anyone and i try my best not to, i told rish to shut up because he kept telling me to let him host from as soon as he got in the channel while calling me a noob... it was easier for me to wait for the bot than to tab out and set the two macros i needed to set... once the bot came back up, it was setup differently thus wouldnt run the bot i was trying to run and then rish went crazy on me so i just decided im not taking this and left and so he just said something like gg newb dont host anything anymore... as for delic, i have nothing against delic, and have never disliked him; though, from what i know delic seemed to hate me earlier and him kindly pming me seemed like a good gesture so that i could seriously talk to him, but if his means of talking to me is to get revenge on mav then i dont know what to say or think about delic... if he talked to me as a good guy then sure i meant what i said, if he meant to talk to me to gain revenge then no...

 

im not here to cause problems, never was or planned to, i only came to try to help out 17th, not destroy it... infact i never even planned to release names because i knew there was going to be trouble if i did... and rish, i agree respect is gained but there is a fine line there... u are technically my coworker and even if i dont get along with u i will respect that, i dont plan to go in front of u to piss you off or anything, as general respect... even if u cant respect me i think its fair to say thats cool cuz i dont deserve it, but as a coworker and politeness its not ur job to go out of the way to try and take me down...

Obviously MMaverick was looking for an excuse to get rid of me because of his personal opinion about me.

He tried to manipulate pernille and others into believing that you did take offense by what I said (which you stated that you had not) and that I made Rish and others har!@#$%^&* you, that I started it, which is ridiculous since I didn't even mention your name after protesting about you being hired as mod in staff chat.

 

Then he fired me for "causing too much trouble".

I might be causing trouble now, but that's because of MMaverick's wrong doings, it's because I'm not getting any support from upper staff who has witnessed this abuse with their own eyes, so -*BAD WORD*- yeah I'm causing trouble now.

Revenge? Call it what you want, to me it's not personal, I just want back on staff and MMaverick punished for his blatant abuse.

Because I did nothing wrong to get suspended/fired in the first place.

What you expect me to do? Just walk away and let this guy spit on me like this?

Leave the zone that I've been a part of for years knowing that there's an abusive SMod who can do whatever he wants with people who're trying to make this a better zone to play in?

ok well, rish pmed me after reading the post saying that i was making him sound like a monster and i guess its cuz i dont know him that well... either way he was also being kind to me while pming me just like delic did... so... just out of staff respect and partial understanding of what he was trying to say, i would like to note my opinions of rish and delic are very wavering cuz i dont know them at all... so if it sounds overly harsh then appologies to rish... hopefully ill get to know u better and things'll clear up for the better...

I once had EXACTLY the same thing done to me!!

 

I called ER>Kentai a newbie (guess what; he was! He couldn't even use *arena properly -.-') and I got suspended for 2 days.

 

Then I finally get my powers back and am hosting an event days later. Naedhaha does a *kill on me (-*BAD WORD*- ) and guess what? NOTHING HAPPENED! w00t! No suspension, no warning, in fact he was applauded O.o'

 

17th Staff was gone down the -*BAD WORD*-ter and everyone that has experiance to help isn't wanted!

 

Delic is one of the most respected in the zone simply for his veteran status here and random quirky comments. He has done alot, player side for the zone, in my opinion effectively keeping many other jav vets in the zone.

 

-*BAD WORD*- at one point he had at least 2 jav squads ready for the jav league.

 

Staff on the other hand has this problem... it comes down more to too much power on one person.

 

We have a few Moderators with any lack of sense, ERs who don't know how to host, Newbies in staff who struggle for over 100 hours in SS and less than half that in 17th and this divide of staff between 'upper' and 'lower' from which the upper regard themselves as god; every action performed by them shall not be addressed, it is 'right'.

 

Sad to see this happen again to you Maka, sort of sucks big time :/

 

I truthfully don't know where Mav stands anymore and we used to talk alot.

 

I suppose all I can say is, this is game, staff - you are not Gods, relax, lighten up and stop using personal vendettas against people.

MMaverick used to be cool, dunno what happened to him. He warned me in a rumble because I was typing, but according to him I was hiding. Whatever. Later that game I type again and get specced for hiding again. WHATEVER. A few days later I log on. Naedhaha starts talking to me.

All actions were legal (if they weren't pern or any other sysop/smod would have undone them). I am a proper Smod who just follow the rules and norms, maybe a bit other then Pernille does.

BTW Delic, I have nothing against you, or Naed or Rish. I wouldn't mind seeing you back on staff.
