The ball basing has to stop

Edit by Nerusai: To take away all the confusion, I'm afraid that for the time being I have to edit and counter this, basing the ball is still fine, though I'm working on a module that will respawn balls after a period of being inactive.

 

Distort has nothing but good intentions in this, but it's not his call to make, so if someone bases the ball: You'll have to fight for it.

 

As a sidenote, I haven't really seen anyone base the ball of late, besides me that is, and I'm usually alone just looking for some people to annoy.

 

NO MORE BASING THE BALL!

This is a bad practice that is detrimental to the entire zone.

Once a ball is based, people not interested in the flag game now have nothing except killing. Most of the time, they just get pissed and leave the zone. The people basing the ball are throwing points and money away by not scoring the ball in the goal. Also, Fat Cat is lazy and won't do anything about it.

 

SO FROM NOW ONIf I see any ball basing, I'll just remove it from the base, simple as that. You have been warned.

Since Nerusai decided to edit the post but not to actually make one himself, I'll ask him one thing: Are you trying to say that respawning balls after a period of inactivity will really do anything at all in terms of unbasing balls?

Truthfully, almost everyone hates it, I don't see why something isn't done about it. Then again, most of the people I talked to hate the new sets also. I guess that's just the way things are run here.
