Ice-demon Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 What are the letters for screenobject locations? I currently know C center R radar and B upper right. What i need to find out is the location for under the energy bar. I'm guessing V or O but i can't remember which.
Yupa Posted August 10, 2004 Report Posted August 10, 2004 this image should be included in your lvztoolkit.zip (if it isn't, you downloaded the wrong one)
Samapico Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 erm.. that made a question pop up in my mind: the 's' ref point, does it changes coordinates when the stat box is changed/resized/whatever when you press f2?? And when it's off, does it disappear? does images linked to that ref point will move/disappear too??
Ice-demon Posted August 11, 2004 Author Report Posted August 11, 2004 Aye, thx akai. I remember dling it but deleted it since i didn't know wat it was. I knew i should have kept it :/ Also, yea, when the reference point is gone the image turns off (IE: when u expland chat or turn off the player window)
Yupa Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 erm.. that made a question pop up in my mind: the 's' ref point, does it changes coordinates when the stat box is changed/resized/whatever when you press f2??It doesn't change COORDINATES, but it moves with that corner of the box, yes.And when it's off, does it disappear?I forget, probably.does images linked to that ref point will move/disappear too?? yes, of course
Samapico Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 that's cool... i never thought about that before.. otherwise i would have tried it... but i'm not into lvz stuff much these days ... It doesn't change COORDINATES' date=' but it moves with that corner of the box, yes.[/quote']yeh.. i meant if it changed of 'absolute coordinate' .. if we can call it that..
»Bak Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 I know if you use E (energy bar) and then you spec making the energy bar dissapear it just moves up flush with the top of the screen. I'd imagine this is the case with the player name box too.
The Maurauder Posted September 8, 2004 Report Posted September 8, 2004 Yes, the only truly reliable refernce point is the center, since it never changes. : )While developing a recent lvz, i ran into the problem you are asking about, but i wouldn't worry too much if your graphic shifts a little; if you must, use center.
