Unfairly Banned

Yeah so I got banned the other day for teamkilling when i was not even fighting anyone..just floating there. I got banned because the staff member dislikes me in real life and used his powers in an abusive way. If anyone could unban the profile Z3phyr with the ID number 992 it'd be nice.

 

BTW you guys should review your staff better so you dont have abusive staff like Edit.

how long are you banned for? if its only a week (which i think first ban always is) then just relax and dont worry about it..

Well Im kinda annoyed that I'm banned for a week for something that i did not do. The idea of abusive staffers like foof/edit/tremor whatever other names he uses bothers me. Plus, I was having fun and got banned.

Plus how do I know he wont do it again? One time a while back he specced me for something because he was mad at me. Again, the whole abusive staff thing annoys me greatly. I mean, first of all I was floating up near north alone and talking to him. Then out of nowhere i get a warning for tking and two seconds later banned for a week. Personal issues should not inferfere with a game like this.

Even if you did teamkill, he shouldn't have banned you: staff uses banc-bot to lock players in spec nowadays (without the possibility of byp!@#$%^&*ing by re-entering.)

So that's what he should've done, if you even did anything that is..

..we didn't receieve any reports of you teamkilling and a lot of people have said that you wouldn't, so it all looks kind of suspicious to me..

its nice to see that atleast now 17th has some staffers who are protecting the little people from abusers, wasnt always like that.

as you all know the staff should be here for the players, i hope 17th keeps going to this direction

Although apprentice is quite fun, i really would like to get unbanned. Whenever i try to enter the zone, it says "if you didnt do anything to deserve the ban" or something, it says to send an email to banned@17thparallel.com. Does anyone even check the emails there?

Indeed, im pushing to have it removed, Phoenix has never done anything oft his kind before, and Edit has been rather cranky the last few days to say the least. But still, i am only an ER, and my opinion matters little.

I have countless screenshots and logs of staff doing things they shouldnt be doing, or acting in ways they shouldnt, but saying anything about it does as much good as re-electing Bush will do.
