help with facts

Ok i used FACTS before but my cpu crashed so i just redownloaded it and i tried to run it and it said that it is missing a Component and it wont work, can someone please help me out that knows this proggie

.. the error message tells you which file is missing? So , like he said, search for it on google, there are tons of site that have all these files needed to run certain programs
