I tried to ping the computers... here are the results:

 

comp1 -> router = OK

comp1 -> comp2 = OK

comp2 -> router = OK

comp2 -> comp1 = ...not ok. all packets get lost

My friend came with his laptop with XP Family, he connected on the network and he could ping/share with comp#2 no problem, but he couldn't ping comp#1 either...

 

So the problem is that no comps can ping comp#1... but why?? Before you ask, no I don't have firewall (Shut down ZoneAlarm and unchecked the XP firewall thing)

OMG OMG OMG IT WORKS... lol...don't ask me why... My dad was able to print on the printer connected on the other computer... I don't know, maybe that made windows get it... stupid OS... anywayz... thanks for the help all ;D

Can you access you computer via manually typing it in?

 

In the explorer Bar... \\name of computer here
